Two new calculators, Blessed Bone Shards and Gem Bag

As part of slowly providing the community new and useful tools, and filling in the gaps we're introducing a Blessed Bone Shard Calculator and a Gem Bag Calculator

We'll be introducing a guide on how to approach Blessed Bone Shards, but for now check out our simple calculator converting blessed bone shards into prayer experience depending on the jug that has been used.

In addition, we're also introducing a Gem Bag Calculator that will do the rolls to calculate what gems to expect and how much experience. You may find it useful to know the ratio of gems rather than just the average experience you see on the OSRSWiki website.
